Knowledge of Parent definition

Knowledge of Parent means the actual knowledge of the individuals listed on Section 1.1(a) of the Parent Disclosure Letter.
Knowledge of Parent means the actual knowledge of the individuals identified in Section 2.8(a) of the Parent Letter.
Knowledge of Parent means that any officer or director of Parent is actually aware of a fact or other matter, or should have been aware of a fact or other matter based upon due inquiry and investigation.
