Annual Vacation Deferment. (a) All employees who are entitled to paid annual vacation shall take at least 2/3 of such annual vacation during the year in which such vacation is earned subject to paragraph (b).
Annual Vacation Deferment. An employee who is entitled to annual vacation of twenty working days or in any year: shall take at least fifteen days of such annual vacation during the year in which he earns such vacation, and may defer the taking of any part of such vacation excess of fifteen days. PROVIDED HOWEVER that the deferred vacation which an employee may accumulate at any one time pursuant to this Clause shall be twenty working days.

  • Annual Vacation Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) business days of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement. Employee may be absent from his employment for vacation at such times as are pre-approved by the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer. Unused vacation shall not be carried over into the next year, and will not be paid in the form of cash.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Annual Vacation Leave 33.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no later than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.
