The Accommodation Options clause defines the types of lodging or housing arrangements available to a party under the agreement. Accommodation Options. The power stations that have accommodation costs implications may choose from the following options. (Reference Travelling & Accommodation Tables in Attachment D) All the accommodation rates can be as listed, and subject to annual escalation. All the accommodation rates can be re-negotiated annually at the sites. All the accommodation rates can be on a “Cost Plus” basis. The Eskom site can provide or arrange the accommodation for the people. Note that this option is only applicable for the Artisans, Semi-Skilled and Assistants. The applicable power stations are: Arnot, Camden, Duvha, Kriel, Matla and Hendrina During the execution of this contract either Party may request the other to provide access, free of charge, to technical information and general arrangement drawings, operational and maintenance histories (data books), operating advisory information (existing OEM manuals), quality assurance and control records (QCP’s), copies of job reports, general arrangement drawings and sketches of modifications or repair procedures, being done under this contract, excluding proprietary information. Both Parties shall allow access to their facilities as requested by the other Party within the control procedures of both organisations. All records and information shall be retained for the duration of this contract.
Accommodation Options. Caravans – For Skilled Workers if you have your own self contained van, you can live on Synchronicity Farm during the time that you work here. It is important that you have a minimal impact approach to the land in that it must remain in the same condition as it was when you arrive. You may be required to alter your position from time to time for this reason. From a visual perspective we seek to maintain a clean farm and we respectfully ask that you appreciate this.

Accommodation Options. The District agrees to support staff who are at higher risk for severe illness, who cannot safely distance from household contacts at higher risk, who are caring for an individual subject to a public health order or who is advised to self-isolate by a medical professional, or who is caring for a child whose school or place of care is closed or whose childcare provider is unavailable due to COVID-19, by considering accommodations such as, but not limited to, work from home arrangements, K-8 student supervision if working at a school site, flexible schedules, intermittent use of leaves, physical barriers, changing workstations, a temporary negotiated change in duties, or a temporary transfer to another worksite. Such accommodations shall not be unreasonably withheld.
