Examples of Extension Options in a sentence
Lessee may only exercise the Extension Options by giving written notice thereof to Lessor of its election to do so no later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Lease Term.
No assignee (other than a Permitted Assignee) or subtenant shall have any right to exercise the Extension Options granted herein.
Base Rent for the Extension Options shall be as set forth in Section 3.4 of this Agreement.
Time is of the essence of the Extension Options granted hereunder.
