Advisory Information Sample Clauses
The Advisory Information clause serves to provide guidance, recommendations, or non-binding suggestions within a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies that certain information or advice offered by one party is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legally enforceable obligation. For example, a supplier might provide advisory information about best practices for using a product, but the recipient is not required to follow this advice. The core function of this clause is to distinguish between binding commitments and optional guidance, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over whether certain advice must be followed.
