ABOUT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1.1 Under the Telecommunications Act 1997, ClubTelco Australia Pty Ltd (‘ClubTelco’) may contract with its customers either on an individual basis or by way of a standard form of agreement (‘SFOA ‘). ClubTelco has chosen to supply Services to You by way of a SFOA. The terms and conditions constituting ClubTelco’s SFOA are set out below.
