Service and Equipment. Securitas agrees to provide the Services to the Customer under the specific terms set out in this Agreement. Subject to Article 14, any equipment, tools, software, data, materials and/or documentation supplied by Securitas shall always be and remain the exclusive property of Securitas, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Section 11.11 of the Original Lease is hereby amended by adding the following additional language to the end of the paragraph: “Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event Tenant uses utilities at the Leased Premises in excess of normal office use (as contemplated under the Lease), then Landlord may cause a separate meter to be installed in or for the Leased Premises, and the cost of any such meters (including, without limitation, the cost of any installation and maintenance) shall be paid by Tenant.”
Service and Equipment. A. The "Service" provided in connection with this Agreement consists of a microcircuit management system which includes (i) one or more modules of a search system for accessing a proprietary integrated database (the "TACTech Database"), as set forth on Schedule A annexed hereto and by its terms made a part hereof ("Schedule A"), (ii) the software relating to all such modules; (iii) all documentation or user manuals relating to the TACTech Database (collectively the "Documentation"), and (iv) an authorized copy of a particular communications software program, in each case as are provided by TACTech to Subscriber under this Agreement.
Service and Equipment. Xxxxxxx will supply their own equipment, which will be installed by Xxxxxxx or its designated installers. Xxxxxxx may install IP addresses in your hardware or software for the duration of your service with Xxxxxxx. These addresses are NOT portable and remain the property of Xxxxxxx. Users may not use any address that is not explicitly issued by Xxxxxxx. Any User using unapproved addresses shall be in violation of Paragraph 3.3 of this document. Xxxxxxx is not responsible for any damage to or loss of data or software from your computer while installing, operating or maintaining Xxxxxxx’ services. Xxxxxxx does not guarantee universal compatibility of its equipment. Xxxxxxx will provide support only for the Xxxxxxx high-speed service components. Xxxxxxx will not provide support to components or software that Xxxxxxx did not provide to the User specifically for use in maintaining your connection to the Internet and the Xxxxxxx network. Users must supply a broadband router if necessary. If Xxxxxxx equipment becomes inoperable due to any factory defect or failure, Xxxxxxx will replace or repair their equipment in whole or in part at its sole discretion at no cost to the User. However, the User assumes full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and protection of Xxxxxxx equipment. The agreed value of Xxxxxxx wireless equipment is five hundred dollars ($500.00). The User agrees to pay this amount to Xxxxxxx on demand should the equipment be lost or destroyed for any reason. The User agrees to return the equipment to Xxxxxxx at the conclusion of the contract term in good operating and undamaged condition, or pay the above mentioned value of the equipment to Xxxxxxx.
Service and Equipment. 2.1 All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in or relating to any software, hardware, application, interfaces and/or network communication device (together, the “Equipment”) provided in relation to the Electronic Services and any information transmitted in connection with or through the Electronic Services shall remain the exclusive property of Huarong, save and except for any information and Equipment which is proprietary to a third party.
