1Operational Support Services. RISL intends to enter a rate contract for a period of 24 monthswith the bidder for Software Development& Maintenance Services where the bidder shall deploy the dedicated operational team at RISL/ DoITC with-in 15 days from the date of issuance of WO/s. However, it may be further extended on mutual consent of the Purchaser and Bidder.  Onsite Deployment of Team  The deployed technical resources shall be responsible to sincerely work on the identified areas and ensure timely completion of project milestones including deliverables, if any. RISL shall also conduct a periodic assessment and closely review/ monitor the progress of the project. It is expected that, to meet the project timelines, the resources shall work on extended office hours/ holidays to ensure timely completion of project.  The deployed resources should have adequate expertise and hands-on experience in respective technical domain of operation and maintenance and should be fluent in English and Hindi.  The deployed resources should be on the payroll of bidder for the project. The Bidder shall submit a declaration in case they recruit any new resource, who would be deployed for the RISL project.  The deployed technical support resources shall be equipped with their own Laptop/ Desktop Computer. However, RISL shall provide seating space along with necessary furniture to all the resource deployed by the bidder for technical/ operational support.  The overall performance of the entire team will depend on individual contribution by each of the deployed resources.

  • Software Support Services 6.1 The Software Support Services shall comprise:

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.
