00 BENEFITS. B:11(1) Effective the first of the month following Employment as an Employee identified in Schedule “B” the Employer agrees to contribute one hundred (100%) percent of the total Employee premium costs for the following Plans:

00 BENEFITS. 23.01 The City shall provide active employees the CalPERS medical insurance for health benefits. The total monthly health benefit per employee shall be based on the Kaiser rates for employee, employee + 1, and family plan, etc. Only employees who have eligible dependents shall be compensated above the single rate plans.

L8.01 An Occasional Teacher who worked at least ninety (90) full-time equivalent days as an Occasional Teacher in the secondary panel for the Board in the prior school year shall, subject to the conditions set out below, be eligible to enroll and participate in the Employee Benefit Plans as outlined below:
00 BENEFITS. The Parties have agreed to participate in the OECTA Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) per the EWAO – ATEO Participation Agreement effective March 1, 2018. The date on which the board and the bargaining unit commenced participation in the OECTA ELHT shall be referred to herein as the "Participation Date". Consistent with section 144.1 of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (“ITA”) boards’ benefit plans can only be moved into the OECTA ELHT, such that it will be in compliance with the ITA and Canada Revenue Agency administrative requirements for an ELHT. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

L14.01 An Occasional Teacher who has worked in excess of ninety (90) full-time equivalent days as an Occasional Teacher for the Board in the prior school year shall be eligible to enrol and participate in the Employee Benefit Plans as outlined below: Note: Effective September 1, 2009, the qualifying period shall be reduced from 90 days to 80 days (i.e. from the 2008/09 School Year).
