Plan Term. This Standard Service Contract will commence and take effect immediately on the date of purchase of the Plan Device, or in the event that the Plan Device is obtained by You by way of contract with a network operator the Standard Service Contract will commence and take effect immediately on the date the contract was concluded between You and the network operator. The Standard Service Contract will endure for a maximum period and number of repairs as set out below, dependant on the Service Plan option selected. Plan Term Max. Number of Repairs 36 Months 2 The Standard Service Contract will terminate in the following instances, whichever is the earlier date:
Plan Term. The Board may suspend or terminate the Plan at any time. Unless terminated sooner by the Board, the Plan will automatically terminate on the day before the tenth anniversary of the earlier of (i) the date the Plan is adopted by the Board, or (ii) the date the Plan is approved by the shareholders of the Company. No Awards may be granted under the Plan while the Plan is suspended or after it is terminated.
Plan Term. This Plan commenced on January 1, 2007, and shall continue in effect until terminated by the Company. The Company may terminate this Plan entirely or terminate any individual Executive’s participation in the Plan at any time by: (a) giving all Executives twelve (12) months prior written notice of Plan termination if terminating the Plan in its entirety or (b) giving the affected Executive twelve (12) months prior written notice if terminating the affected Executive’s participation in the Plan. Upon delivery of such notice by the Company, this Plan or the Executive’s participation in the Plan, as the case may be, along with all corresponding rights, duties, and covenants, shall terminate on the date indicated in such notice, which date shall not be less than twelve (12) months from the date the Executive received such notice.
Plan Term. This Premium Service Contract will commence and take effect immediately on the date of purchase of the Plan Device, or in the event that the Plan Device is obtained by You by way of contract with a network operator the Premium Service Contract will commence and take effect immediately on the date the contract was concluded between You and the network operator. The Premium Service Contract will endure for a maximum period (“Plan Term”) and maximum number of repairs as set out below: Plan Term Maximum Number of Repairs The Premium Service Contract will terminate in the following instances, whichever is the earlier date:
Plan Term. The Plan became effective on January 1, 2011, has been amended from time to time thereafter including this complete amendment and restatement effective January 1, 2015, and shall continue in effect until terminated by the Corporation, subject to Section 8.1 herein.
Plan Term. The Committee shall not grant any Awards under this Plan on or after the tenth anniversary of the date this Plan was adopted. All Awards which remain outstanding after such date shall continue to be governed by the Plan and the function of the Committee will be limited to supervising the administration of Awards previously granted.

Plan Term. The 2007 LTIP will terminate on the earlier of (1) ten years from the date that the 2007 LTIP becomes effective and (2) at such time as no shares of Common Stock remain available for issuance through the plan.
Plan Term. The Directors’ Plan will terminate on the earlier of (1) ten years from the date that the Plan becomes effective and (2) at such time as no shares of Common Stock remain available for issuance through the plan.
