AWARDS UNDER THIS PLAN. As the Committee may determine, the following types of Awards may be granted under the Plan on a stand-alone, combination, or tandem basis:
AWARDS UNDER THIS PLAN. Subject to the provisions of this Plan, the Committee shall have the sole and complete authority to determine the Employees to whom Awards shall be granted and the type, terms and conditions of such Awards. As the Committee may determine, the following types of Awards may be granted under this Plan to Employees on a stand alone, combination or tandem basis:
