Termination Due to Death. In the event that the Executive’s employment is terminated due to his death, his estate or his beneficiaries, as the case may be, shall be entitled to the following benefits:

Termination Due to Death. If the Optionee’s employment terminates by reason of the Optionee’s death, any portion of this Stock Option outstanding on such date shall become fully exercisable and may thereafter be exercised by the Optionee’s legal representative or legatee for a period of 12 months from the date of death or until the Expiration Date, if earlier.

Termination Due to Death. If Employee's employment by the Company terminates by reason of death, the Option shall become fully vested and exercisable and may thereafter be exercised by the legal representative of the estate or by the legatee of the Employee under the will of the Employee, for a period of one year from the date of such death or until the expiration of the Exercise Period, whichever period is shorter.
Termination Due to Death. If the Optionee’s employment (or other business relationship) terminates by reason of death, any Option held by the Optionee may be exercised, to the extent exercisable at the date of death, by the Optionee’s legal representative or legatee for a period of six (6) months from the date of death, or until the Expiration Date, if earlier.
