Service Relationship definition
Service Relationship means any relationship as an employee, director or Consultant of the Company or any Affiliate (e.g., a Service Relationship shall be deemed to continue without interruption in the event an individual’s status changes from full-time employee to part-time employee or Consultant).

Subject to the Holder’s continued Service Relationship (as defined below) with the Company through the Vesting Date (as defined on Exhibit A attached hereto), the Performance Stock Units shall vest on the Vesting Date based on the Company’s achievement of the performance goal(s) set forth and described on Exhibit A hereto.
