Employee’s Address. 7.5.2.1 The Company will require and the applicant will provide the Company with the following information, in writing, at the time of engagement: • The address of the place of residence at the time of application; and • The address of the separately maintained residence, if applicable. The Company will not exercise any influence, for the purpose of avoiding its obligations under the agreement, in persuading the prospective employee to insert a false address.

No subsequent change of address shall entitle an Employee to the provisions of this clause unless the employer agrees. Documentary proof of address such as a long service leave registration card or driver's license may be accepted by the employer as proof of the Employee’s usual place of residence. The address of the Employee’s usual place of residence and not the place of engagement shall determine the application of this clause. Any dispute arising in respect of this clause shall be dealt with in accordance with Clause 31 - Disputes Resolution procedure of this Agreement.
