Auto. A business auto policy providing a liability limit of at least $1,000,000 per accident for Contractor and $1,000,000 per accident for Sub-contractors and covering owned, non- owned and hired automobiles.
Auto. The Company shall provide you with a monthly automobile allowance in the amount of $650. Additionally, the Employee will be reimbursed for miles driven on company business at the applicable reimbursement rate that is set from time to time by the Company.
Auto. During the term of Employee’s employment hereunder, the Company will continue to provide Employee automobile benefits consistent with the Company’s existing policy, or a comparable benefit through participation in Medrad’s automobile lease or allowance programs available to its executives.
Auto. The Company shall provide the Employee with a leased Company vehicle with terms that are similar to those that the Employee enjoys as of the date of this Agreement, to include auto insurance. Additionally, the Employee will be reimbursed for miles driven on Company business at the applicable reimbursement rate that is set from time to time by the Company.
Auto. Employer shall provide to Employee an automobile allowance of $850.00 per month during the Employment Term in order to defray Employee's automobile expenses incurred in the performance of Employee's duties, but shall not be obligated to provide Employee with an automobile.
Auto. Officer shall be provided with an appropriate company automobile to be used for business purposes in the course of performing his duties described in Section 1.2. The automobile may also be used by the Officer for personal travel, and, in such event, the Officer shall maintain records regarding automobile use as required by federal tax regulations. The Officer's records of automobile use shall be available to the Company upon request.
Auto. The Executive shall be entitled to the use of a ---- Bank-provided automobile, or for equivalent cash renumeration as an allowance for business use of Executive's personal automobile. It is contemplated the Bank shall provide the Executive with a leased automobile and reimbursement for ordinary expenses associated with the use of the automobile, such as maintenance and insurance.
Auto. Beginning June 1, 2003, the Executive shall be entitled to the use of the Bank-provided automobile, and the Bank shall pay all expenses relating thereto, including, fuel, oil, maintenance and insurance. The use of said automobile shall be limited to the Executive, his spouse, authorized Bank personnel, or designated driver in the event of an emergency.

Auto. Contractor must maintain adequate automobile liability insurance and, upon request, must promptly provide evidence of such coverage satisfactory to Clean Energy Works in its sole discretion.
