Automobile Lease. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease an ----- automobile of Employee's choice. In addition, the reasonable cost of annual insurance, fuel, maintenance, cleaning and repairs shall be borne by SM&A.
Automobile Lease. Xx. Xxxxxxx shall be entitled ---------------- to the use of a leased automobile acceptable to KMC, including payment by KMC of lease payments, insurance, maintenance and repair expenses and the cost of gasoline used by Xx. Xxxxxxx, not to exceed six hundred dollars ($600.00) per month.
Automobile Lease. Axxxx shall lease an automobile for his use during the term of his employment with Alion. Alion shall pay and/or reimburse Axxxx up to $1,500 per month maximum in automobile leasing costs for the leased automobile. Axxxx shall obtain and provide Alion with appropriate receipts and supporting documentation for such fees and costs.
Automobile Lease. You shall be entitled to the continued use of the company-leased automobile that you currently drive, as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement, for the remainder of the lease period and PNC Bank shall pay for or reimburse you for all lease payments and shall pay for or provide reimbursement for all other related expenses under the current automobile lease arrangement as of the date immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement. At the end of the lease period, you shall be entitled to purchase the automobile at the lease-stated purchase price.
Automobile Lease. The Company or the Bank shall lease an automobile from the Employee for the use of the Employee for a monthly lease amount at least as great as the monthly lease amount in effect on any anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Automobile Lease. In lieu of an automobile allowance, SM&A shall lease, at a cost of no more than $1300 per month, an automobile of Employee’s choice. Automobile Lease. Shoe Carnival currently leases an automobile for Russell's use and has procured and pays xxx xxxxiums for insurance on that automobile. Russell and Shoe Carnival agree that, on or xxxxxx the date Russell executes this Agreement, the leasx xxx xhat vehicle will be canceled, and the vehicle will be returned to the lessor. Shoe Carnival agrees that it will pay the lease cancellation charges, but Russell agrees that if the lease cancexxxxxxx charges exceed $15,000, the lump sum payment payable to Russell under Subparagraph 3(a) of the Agrexxxxx xhall be reduced by the amount by which the lease cancellation charges exceed $15,000.
Automobile Lease. As a benefit of his employment with Genetronics, Xxxx was provided with the use of a leased vehicle pursuant to agreement dated November 30, 1998. Xxxx agrees that, as a condition of this Severance Package Genetronics shall deduct from the Severance Payment above the monthly lease payments for said vehicle. At the termination of the Severance Payment, Xxxx shall be responsible for any continuing payments under the lease agreement.
Automobile Lease. Until June 30, 1998, Xxxxxxxxx shall be entitled to his current benefits relating to his automobile and driver. Beginning July 1, 1998, during the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Xxxxxxxxx'x expenses in leasing, maintaining and insuring an automobile on a basis equivalent to his current automobile benefit.
Automobile Lease. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for the lease payments (in a monthly amount not to exceed $1,000) with respect to the automobile leased by the Executive, or by the Company for the Executive's benefit, under the lease that is in effect on the date hereof. The Company shall make such payments or reimbursement until the end of the term of such lease (or, if earlier, until the end of the Consulting Term.)
