Auto Liability Insurance. To the extent vehicles are used to transport students, such vehicles shall have liability coverage of not less than $1,000,000 million per occurrence combined single limit. If CONTRACTOR uses a vehicle to travel to/from school sites, between schools and/or to/from students’ homes or other locations as an approved service location by the LEA, CONTRACTOR must comply with State of California auto insurance requirements and maintain liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence. If CONTRACTOR uses a bus to transport students, minimum limits of liability shall be $25,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence.
Auto Liability Insurance. (Transportation of Hazardous Materials or Asbestos-Containing Materials) If autos owned or hired by Subcontractor will be used to transport hazardous materials or asbestos-containing materials, then paragraph
Auto Liability Insurance. No employee shall be required, as a condition of employment, or continued employment, to maintain automobile liability insurance in excess of the minimum required by the State of California.
Auto Liability Insurance. Manager, at its expense which is not reimbursable, shall carry and maintain business auto liability insurance covering owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per accident. If the Manager utilizes the services of an employee leasing company then its Commercial Auto Liability policy must include ISO endorsement CA 23 25 07 97 Coverage for Injury to Leased Workers. Owner shall be named as additional insured.
Auto Liability Insurance. Tenant’s Auto Liability insurance shall be written on an industry standard Business Auto Liability coverage form (CA 00 01) or equivalent. Covered autos shall include owned, non-owned and hired vehicles.
Auto Liability Insurance. The Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep Business Automobile Liability insurance covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in connection with the Tenant's operations at each Individual Property in protection of the Tenant, the Landlord, the Agent and the Trustee. Said policy or policies shall be written in a comprehensive form and shall comply with all local regulations and case law and shall provide for indemnification of said parties against direct or contingent loss or liability for damages for bodily and personal injury, death or property damage arising from the maintenance, use or operation of any owned or non-owned vehicle used, in or in connection with, such Individual Property. Said policy or policies shall provide single limit coverage of at least $1,000,000 for bodily injury or death of each person and for damage to property. Such auto liability insurance may be maintained as part of or in conjunction with any other liability insurance coverage carried or required to be carried by the Tenant. The Net Proceeds of such liability insurance shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which the Net Proceeds of such insurance shall have been paid.
Auto Liability Insurance endorsed for all owned and non-owned vehicles in the initial amount of $2,000,000, combined single limit.
Auto Liability Insurance. Lessee shall maintain at its own expense during the term of this Lease a policy or policies of “commercial auto liability” insurance naming Lessor as an additional insured thereunder, in form and with coverage satisfactory to and approved by Lessor, with a combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage not less than $5,000,000.00. The foregoing coverage may be placed through a combination of primary, umbrella and excess coverages. The automobile liability insurance shall specifically cover all automobiles and other vehicles used by Lessee in connection with its operations at the Premises, whether owned or non-owned, leased, rented, borrowed or hired.
Auto Liability Insurance. Automobile liability insurance, including coverage for owned (to the extent any exposure exists), non-owned and hired automobiles, as well as trailers and semi trailers designed for travel on public roads (to the extent any exposure exists) for both bodily injury and property damage and containing appropriate no-fault insurance provisions or other endorsements in accordance with state legal requirements, with combined single limits of no less than $1,000,000 per accident.
Auto Liability Insurance a. The COUNTY and its Contractor shall procure and shall maintain during the Construction License Term, Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance for all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles that are used in fulfilling the obligations hereunder. Minimum coverage is listed in paragraph A.7.
