Business Automobile Insurance. This insurance shall contain a combined single limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, and include coverage for, but not limited to the following:  Bodily injury and property damage  Any and all vehicles owned, used or hired The policy shall also contain the following endorsements or language, which shall be indicated on the certificate of insurance:  Waiver of subrogation in favor of and acceptable to Railway.  Additional insured endorsement in favor of and acceptable to Railway.  Separation of insureds.  The policy shall be primary and non-contributing with respect to any insurance carried by Railway.

Business Automobile Insurance. The Contractor shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Authority that the Contractor carries insurance written in comprehensive form that shall protect the Contractor against all claims for injuries to members of the public and damage to property of others arising from the use of motor vehicle(s), and shall cover operations on and off the site of all motor vehicles licensed for highway use, whether they are owned, non-owned, or hired. The Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 Each Accident.
Business Automobile Insurance. In the event that services performed under this Contract involve the use of vehicles or the transportation of clients, automobile liability insurance shall be required. If Contractor-owned personal vehicles are used, a Business Automobile policy covering Contractor are used, the Contractor must also include under the Business Automobile policy Code 9, coverage -owned au $1,000,000 per occurrence, using a Combined Single Limit for bodily injury and property damage.
Business Automobile Insurance. In the event that services performed under this Subcontract involve the use of vehicles or the transportation of clients, automobile liability insurance shall be required. If Subcontractor-owned personal vehicles are used, a Business Automobile policy covering a minimum Code 2 “owned autos only” must be secured. If the Subcontractor’s employees’ vehicles are used, the Subcontractor must also include under the Business Automobile policy Code 9, coverage for “non-owned autos.” The minimum limits for automobile liability is: $1,000,000 per accident, using a Combined Single Limit for bodily injury and property damage.
