Changes in Terms. The terms of this housing agreement may be amended by the UNIVERSITY for any reason, provided that written notice of such amendment is given to the STUDENT forty-five (45) days in advance.

All changes are effective on the date provided in the notice if required by Applicable Law, otherwise all changes are effective immediately. Your continued use of any or all of the subject Services indicates your acceptance to the change in terms. We reserve the right to waive, reduce, or reverse charges or fees in individual situations. You acknowledge and agree that the applicable Account Agreements and associated disclosures govern changes to fees to specific Accounts, including changes to those fees set forth in the fee schedule.

Changes we can make include changing fixed interest rates, changing variable rate formulas, changing variable rate accounts to fixed rate accounts, changing fixed rate accounts to variable rate accounts, and adjusting, adding or deleting fees. Changes of this type will generally apply only to purchases and cash advances you make 14 days after we send you the change in terms notice, so you can avoid the changes by not using your account for new transactions. You can reject changes any changes that would otherwise apply to existing balances by notifying us to close the account, in which case you will be permitted to pay off any outstanding amounts under the old terms of your agreement with us.

Changes in Terms. The Bank may amend this Supplement from time to time in accordance with the Changes in Rules and Regulations provided in the Customer Manual.
