Account Agreements definition

Account Agreements means any lockbox account agreement, pledged account agreement, blocked account agreement, securities account control agreement, or any similar deposit or securities account agreements among the Notes Agent and/or the ABL Agent, one or more Grantors and the relevant financial institution depository or securities intermediary.
Account Agreements means collectively the terms and conditions of any Credit Account Agreement(s), Deposit Account Agreement(s), fee schedule(s) and any other agreements, security instruments, disclosures or other documents regarding Member’s Credit Accounts and/or Deposit Accounts that Member may have with Navigant, each as may be amended from time to time.
Account Agreements means the General Terms and Conditions, and the List(s) of Conditions and any Special Agreement, which shall be read together and constitute a single agreement between the Customer and the Bank.

Examples of Account Agreements in a sentence

  • Eligible Accounts and any other Accounts that you maintain with us shall be subject to the terms and provisions of the Deposit Account Agreements, as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Any Collection Accounts in Canada shall each be subject to Blocked Account Agreements.

  • The Account Bank for each Collection Account shall have been instructed (whether pursuant to the applicable Account Control Agreement or Blocked Account Agreements or pursuant to a separate writing acknowledged by such Account Bank) to perform (i) an automatic daily sweep with respect to any Collection Account— Class A or (ii) an automatic monthly sweep for any Collection Account — Class B of all available funds therein to the applicable Concentration Account.

Account Agreements means collectively the terms and conditions of any Consumer Loan Agreements, Deposit Account Agreements,and any other agreements, security instruments, disclosures, or other documents regarding your Account(s) with us, each as may be applicable and amended from time to time.
