Your Agreement with Us. You've requested that we set up an Account for you. When you access your Account for the first time, it confirms that you accept the terms of this Agreement and that you request renewal and replacement Cards. This Agreement sets out the terms under which you may use your Account, Card and PIN. You confirm that you've requested this Agreement, and all communications and documents from us, to be in English until you advise us otherwise. Your Agreement with Us. Your agreement is with Vodafone Limited, registered in England under number 1471587 at Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN. It’s made up of these Pay as you go Terms and Charges, the pricing guide for your bundle, the conditions of any optional extras you may choose to add (e.g. Vodafone Big Value Bundles), the General Network Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. These terms cover the SIM card and any services you use but do not cover any equipment (e.g. the purchase of your phone). We also encourage you to take a look at our Returns, Privacy and Acceptable Use Policies which also make up your “Agreement” with us. Your Agreement with Us. 1.1 Your Agreement with us consists of these terms and conditions, the Retail Supply Agreement and any offer, product and discount information which is stated by us to be included into the Agreement.
Your Agreement with Us. This agreement once signed and dated can not be altered in any way unless agreed to in writing and signed on behalf of you and us. 2.
Your Agreement with Us. In this agreement the “Vehicle” is the vehicle that you rent from us and the “Rental Period” is the length of time that you agree to rent the Vehicle. This agreement applies to renewals of this agreement in the same way as to the original Rental Period. When you rent a Vehicle from us you accept the terms and conditions set out in this rental agreement (agreement). Please read this agreement carefully. If there is anything you do not understand, please ask any member of staff. We and you are the only parties to this agreement and you are responsible for complying with all the terms of this agreement even though another person (such as a delivery company) may have arranged the rental, negotiated certain terms or may pay for all or some of the rental bill. We assure you that the Vehicle is roadworthy and suitable for renting at the start of the rental period. We do not warrant or represent that the Vehicle is suitable for any particular purpose or that the range of the Vehicle between charges will be as advertised. You accept when entering into this agreement that the range of an electric vehicle depends on many variables, including without limitation weather, tyre pressure, loading and riding style. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and us concerning the rental of the Vehicle and cannot be altered unless agreed to in writing and signed on behalf of you and us.
Your Agreement with Us. If you have a Market Retail Contract with us, you have given us your consent to supply Energy to your Supply Address. Your Market Retail Contract consists of your Terms, and your Energy Plan which summarises the key prices and other costs associated with your Agreement. Your Market Retail Contract commences on the date that you accept our offer and is subject to any cooling off rights that you may have. We may not commence supplying Energy to you until the Supply Start Date as set out in the Terms. Our Standard Retail Contract may automatically apply to you if you have not accepted a Market Retail Contract from us. This may occur where you have moved into premises that is already supplied by us or where your previous market retail contract came to an end and you did not enter into another market retail contract with us (or another retailer). You will be deemed to be taking Energy under our Standard Retail Contract based onTango Energy’s published standing offer rates if you take Energy at a Supply Address for which we are the responsible energy retailer without having entered into a Energy contract with us or another retailer.
Your Agreement with Us. 3.1. You understand the terms of the Account Agreement Using your Account means that you understand, accept and agree to the terms contained in the Account Agreement, and you understand we may change it at any time. Using your Account also means that you understand and agree to the terms of the loyalty program applicable to your Account. The terms of your loyalty program are contained in a separate agreement.
