Zelle and Other Payment Services means the Zelle Payment Service and the Other Payment Services. The Zelle and Other Payment Services enable you: • to initiate a Payment Instruction from an Eligible Account to an account at a U.S. financial institution; and/or • to receive a payment from another User into an Eligible Account, in U.S. dollars. All payments and receipts of payments must be made through the Website or the Mobile Application and are subject to the terms of this Ally Bank Online Banking Services Agreement (these “Terms”) and applicable laws and regulations, in each case as in effect from time to time. In some instances, receipt of payments may be made through other locations besides our mobile application or Website, such as: • the Zelle Pay Web site at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx or • the Zelle mobile handset application ("Zelle Standalone Locations") and if you choose to initiate or receive a payment at a Zelle Standalone Location you acknowledge and agree that you shall be subject to the terms of other agreements, including, but not limited to, the "terms of use" for the Zelle Standalone Locations and applicable laws and regulations, in each case as in effect from time to time. Subject to these Terms, the Zelle and Other Payment Services are generally available 24 hours, seven days a week with the exception of outages for maintenance and circumstances beyond our or Zelle’s control. Live customer service generally will be available Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. bank holidays. The Zelle Payment Service allows for the delivery of payments to Receivers who are also enrolled in the Zelle Payment Service through a Payment Network designed to deliver payments on the same day and potentially within minutes, although actual speed will vary, as described below. The Zelle and Other Payment Services are not instantaneous. Payment delivery speed and funds availability may vary based upon the fraud, risk and other funds availability policy of each financial institution and Payment Network availability. We are not responsible for the performance, speed, or other acts or omissions of the Payment Networks that may be involved in the transmission of a payment. We shall not be obligated to comply with the Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) Rules in such recovery efforts or otherwise in connection with Zelle and Other Payments unless the applicable transaction is transmitted through the ACH network. Examples of Zelle and Other Payment Services in a sentence

  • In using the Zelle and Other Payment Services, you understand that Receivers may reject Payment Instructions or otherwise return payments only if the Receiver is not enrolled in Zelle.

  • You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the Zelle and Other Payment Services.

  • Applicable fees will be disclosed in the user interface for, or elsewhere within, the Zelle and Other Payment Services or Site.

  • You understand that use of the Zelle and Other Payment Services by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us or another Network Financial Institution to initiate a debit entry to your bank account.

  • You consent to the receipt of emails or text messages from us, from Zelle, from other Users that are sending you money or requesting money from you, and from other Network Financial Institutions or their agents regarding the Zelle and Other Payment Services or related transfers between Network Financial Institutions and you.

  • When you give someone your password or other means to access your account through which you access the Zelle and Other Payment Services, you are authorizing that person to use your service, and you are responsible for all transactions that person performs while using your service.

  • The Zelle and Other Payment Services are intended for personal, not business or commercial use.

  • We reserve the right to decline your enrollment if we believe that you are enrolling to use the Zelle and Other Payment Services with your business account or to receive business or commercial payments.

  • You agree that you will not use the Zelle and Other Payment Services to send or receive payments in connection with your business or commercial enterprise.

  • The term “Zelle and Other Payment Terms” means these Zelle and Other Payment Services Additional Terms.

Related to Zelle and Other Payment Services

  • Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures. Such costs will include: (a) transporting building materials to the construction site; (b) any labor and contractors’ fees; and (c) any registration costs.

  • Management Services Agreements means an agreement, however styled, between (a) the Issuer or a Guarantor, on the one hand, and (b) a PC Entity, on the other hand, pursuant to which the Issuer or a Guarantor provides management services or similar services to such PC Entity. All references to Management Services Agreements shall also include all such related documents necessary to ensure that each relationship with each PC Entity meets the PC Entity Requirements.

  • Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • Banking Services Reserves means all Reserves which the Administrative Agent from time to time establishes in its Permitted Discretion for Banking Services then provided or outstanding.

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Banking Services Obligations means any and all obligations of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, whether absolute or contingent and howsoever and whensoever created, arising, evidenced or acquired (including all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof and substitutions therefor) in connection with Banking Services.

  • Banking Services Agreement means any agreement entered into by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with Banking Services.

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.

  • Banking Services means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Applicable Laws and Regulations:

  • Master Services Agreement means the master services agreement dated as of the date hereof, among the Service Providers, the Partnership, the Holding LP, the Holding Entities and others;

  • Services Provider means Owl Rock Capital Corporation, or any successor in such capacity in accordance with the Corporate Services Agreement.

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Transition Services Agreements means any agreements that receive the prior approval of the Commission between Respondents and an Acquirer to provide, at the option of the Acquirer, Transition Services (or training for an Acquirer to provide services for itself), necessary to transfer the Retail Fuel Assets to the Acquirer and to operate the Retail Fuel Outlet Businesses in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Order.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).

  • Extraordinary Services and "Extraordinary Expenses" means all services rendered and all expenses (including fees and expenses of Counsel) incurred under the Indenture and the Tax Agreement other than Ordinary Services and Ordinary Expenses.

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).
