Funds Availability Policy definition

Funds Availability Policy means a policy kept at the discretion of the Bank and includes a variety of factors relating to the availability of funds in an Account. While the availability of funds shall always remain subject to the Bank’s unencumbered and sole discretion, it is informed by those various legal and financial risks particular to your Account. For further detail on how this policy may affect your Account, please inquire directly with Bank management.
