Management Services Agreement definition

Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

Management Services Agreement means the management services agreement or similar agreements among one or more of the Investors or certain of their respective management companies associated with it or their advisors, if applicable, and the Issuer (and/or any Parent Company).
