Examples of Yahoo Services in a sentence

  • YJC shall be solely responsible for collecting and classifying Local Content, which Local Content may be integrated, at Yahoo's sole discretion, into the Yahoo Services under a directory for such Local Content (the "LOCAL CONTENT DIRECTORY"), which directory shall be created and maintained by Yahoo.

  • The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which HortonWorks will provide the Yahoo Services.

  • If Yahoo Services are to be performed at a Site, Yahoo will permit HortonWorks reasonable access to the applicable Site(s) subject to the terms of this Section 11.1 (Physical Site Access) and all applicable Site Access Policies.

  • Insurance coverage will provide coverage for claims, liabilities, or damages related to or resulting from the Yahoo Services and receipt of the Development Cluster Services, and Yahoo will be named as an additional insured under HortonWorks’ policies for comprehensive general liability insurance and professional liability insurance.

  • If HortonWorks incorrectly applies Yahoo’s payment (in whole or in part) to a Purchase Order number other than to the Purchase Order number referenced by Yahoo for the applicable Yahoo Services, HortonWorks will promptly apply such payment to the correct Purchase Order and issue a written confirmation of such correction to Yahoo.

  • A Certificate of Insurance and a complete form of the policy of insurance evidencing the required coverage and limits of liability must be furnished to Yahoo before HortonWorks provides any Yahoo Services, but in no event later than forty-five (45) days after the Closing Date, and at such other times as requested by Yahoo.

  • The fees and payments described in Section 9 (Compensation and Payment Terms) will be the only consideration to be paid for provision of the Yahoo Services and Development Cluster Services and no other fees or payments of any kind will be required to be paid in connection with this Agreement or the Intellectual Property Agreement, by Yahoo in connection with the Yahoo Services, or by HortonWorks in connection with the Development Cluster Services.

  • Upon such request, HortonWorks will immediately suspend such Personnel or Subcontractor (or Subcontractor personnel) from performing Yahoo Services hereunder and promptly replace (to the extent necessary) such Personnel or Subcontractor (or Subcontractor personnel) with other Personnel or Subcontractor (or Subcontractor personnel) reasonably acceptable to Yahoo while Yahoo and HortonWorks work together in good faith to resolve the concerns raised by Yahoo.

  • The Yahoo! Services is provided for informational purposes only, and no Content included in the Yahoo! Services is intended for trading or investing purposes.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -
