Vivendi Services definition

Vivendi Services means the services related to de-ionized water supply and wastewater disposal in the Hynix Complex located in Cheongju, Korea and in Gumi, Korea, and all such other services provided by Vivendi to Hynix under the Vivendi Water and Wastewater Service Agreement.

  • By the twenty-fifth (25th) day of each calendar month so invoiced (except with respect to the Vivendi Services for which the due date will be the twenty-fourth (24th) day of each calendar month so invoiced, until the expiration and/or termination of the Vivendi Water and Wastewater Service Agreement), NewCo shall pay the invoiced amount and value added tax thereto to Hynix’s designated account by means of a wire transfer in cash.

  • Beginning upon the expiration and/or early termination of the Vivendi Water and Wastewater Service Agreement, each Party shall provide back up services to the other Party with respect to the Vivendi Services, including use of de-ionized water systems, waste water treatment facilities and other applicable facilities.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings.   • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
