Wastewater Service Agreement definition

Wastewater Service Agreement means a formal contract between the County and Applicant formalizing conditions, requirements, and reimbursements for improvements and actions to be made by the Applicant as a condition of providing service.
Wastewater Service Agreement means the agreement between Santa Monica and Los Angeles, dated as of April 16,1999 providing conditions, including the payment of fair and equitable charges for Santa Monica’s discharges of wastewater to Los Angeles’ wastewater treatment and collection system.
