Village Facilities definition

Village Facilities means the vitality centre with a club house, gym, spa, swimming pool, administration offices, board room, and restaurant and/or such other facilities as may be provided by the Developer in its sole discretion or its successors in title in respect of Portion A in the Estate.
Village Facilities means roads, alleys, paved surfaces, traffic control devices, water services, sanitary sewer services, stormwater services, and their appurtenances in municipal right-of-ways or on municipal property.

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.
