General Terms means these terms and conditions.

General Terms means the general terms to which this Schedule is attached or can be found at www.bt.com/terms, and that form part of the Contract.

Buyer: Dealer Seller: Counterparty Maturity Date: For each Transaction, as specified in the Supplemental Confirmation for such Transaction, to be the date that follows the Trade Date for such Transaction by the number of days or months set forth in the Forward Placement Notice (as defined in the Equity Distribution Agreement) for such Transaction (or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day).
