Examples of General Terms in a sentence

  • Should individual provisions in this Agreement with the Member – including these General Terms and Conditions – be or become invalid as a whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

  • If the Member objects to the amendment to the General Terms and Conditions in due form and time, the contractual relationship will continue on the terms previously agreed.

  • The Member shall be notified of any amendments to the General Terms and Conditions together with the content thereof in an email sent to the email address communicated to urban apes at the time the initial contact was made.

  • Recipient will perform the Project Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including the General Terms and Conditions set forth in Rider C and the Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts under Federal Awards set forth in Rider C-1.

  • One General Terms and Conditions Requests for job sharing will be employee initiated through the Supervisor and will be granted at the discretion of Manitoba Hydro.
