Statistical Data definition

Statistical Data means any information/data that Cisco derives from Customer Data and/or Telemetry Data, provided that such information/data is aggregated and/or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual or entity.
Statistical Data means any and all information reflecting the access or usage patterns of any Product(s) by or on behalf of Customer or any Authorized User and general information about Customer’s and its Authorized Userscomputer system from which the Product is being accessed (for example, system configuration, type of internet connectivity, RAM, CPU, operating system, browser version), including any statistical or other analysis, information or data based on or derived from any of the foregoing; provided that such information has been anonymized so as to not identify Customer or any Authorized User.
Statistical Data means non-personal statistical, demographic, or usage data or metadata generated in connection with any use of the Qlik Products. Statistical Data does not include any personally identifiable information or any personal data and is owned by Qlik.

  • Statistical Data is owned by Cisco and may be used for any legitimate interest or purpose, including, without limitation, for purposes of enhancing, developing, marketing, and/or promoting Cisco products and services, including the Software.

Statistical Data means aggregated, anonymised data derived from the You or User‘s use of the Services which does not include any personal data or Confidential Information.
