Unavailable Hours definition

Unavailable Hours means those hours a Wind Turbine is not available to operate for any reason including ( a) it is in an emergency, stop, service mode or pause state; (b) it is in "run" status and faulted; (c) it is included in Scheduled Maintenance Outages; (d) a Transmission Provider Curtailment, (e) a Reliability Curtailment, (f) a Buyer Curtailment, (g) a Force Majeure Event, (h) a Catastrophic Failure, (i) Environmental Curtailments, 0) any failure by Buyer to perform a material obligation under this PPA (other than due to a breach by Seller of its obligations under this PPA), or (k) it is otherwise not operational or capable of delivering Energy to the Point of Delivery.
Unavailable Hours means the total number of hours that the Service is unavailable due to issues with the Broadband Solutions network except for programmed outages. The Broadband Solutions network includes supply of Internet bandwidth when supplied by Broadband Solutions to the End user and the router on the premises of the End user where that router is under a rental or service agreement to Broadband Solutions. Unavailable Hours are those hours that the Contract Carrier’s Vehicle is unavailable to perform the Cartage Work during the hours the Contract Carrier is required to make their Vehicle available in accordance with clause 20.2(b) above.

More Definitions of Unavailable Hours

Unavailable Hours means the sum of any hours, or parts thereof, in any Month during the Delivery Period when an equipment component is out of service or derated, for any reason, minus Force Majeure Hours. The hours, or parts thereof, as described above, shall be weighted based on the contribution of the equipment component to the overall Facility output.
Unavailable Hours means those hours a Wind Turbine is not available to operate because it is (a) in an emergency, stop, service mode or pause state (except to the extent that such emergency, stop, service mode or pause state also constitutes an Emergency); (b) in “run” status and faulted; (c) included in a scheduled maintenance outage; or (d) otherwise not operational or capable of delivering Energy to the Point of Delivery; provided, however, that notwithstanding the preceding, for purposes of determining Available Hours, a Wind Turbine shall be deemed to have been available to operate during hours in which it is not operating during Excused Hours.
Unavailable Hours means those hours a Wind Turbine is not available to operate because it is (a) in an emergency, service mode or pause state (except to the extent that such emergency, service mode or pause state also constitutes an Emergency); (b) in “run” status and faulted;

Unavailable Hours means those hours a Solar Unit is not available during Daylight Intervals to operate because it is (a) in an emergency, stop, service mode or pause state (except to the extent that such emergency, stop, service mode or pause state also constitutes an Emergency Condition, in which case the hours when an Emergency Condition occurs shall be deemed a Transmission Provider Curtailment and included in Seller Excused Hours); (b) in "run" status and faulted; (c) included in Scheduled Maintenance Outages in excess of fifty (50) hours in aggregate for the Project in any Commercial Operation Year; or (d) otherwise not operational or capable of delivering Energy to the Point of Delivery.
