Equipment Component definition

Equipment Component has the meaning assigned to that term in the Disbursement Agreement.
Equipment Component means the equipment fixtures and other items described in Exhibit T-3 to the Disbursement Agreement.

Equipment Component means, at the time of any determination thereof, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) up to 60% of the Net Orderly Liquidation Value of the Loan PartiesEligible Equipment, minus the Equipment Indenture Reserve and any other Reserves related to the Eligible Equipment; and (ii) the Equipment Value Cap.
Equipment Component means the equipment, fixtures and other items described in EXHIBIT N-10 to the Credit Agreement.
