Commercial Operation Year definition

Commercial Operation Year means any consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Term, commencing with the Commercial Operation Date or any of its anniversaries.
Commercial Operation Year shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(E).

More Definitions of Commercial Operation Year

Commercial Operation Year means any consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Term, commencing January 1 and ending December 31.
Commercial Operation Year or “Commercial Operation Years” means (a) the Initial Stub Year; (ii) each of the following nineteen (19) calendar years, beginning on the first day of January following the end of the Initial Stub Year and each succeeding twelve month period up to and including the period ending with the December 31 of such nineteenth (19th) calendar year; and (iii) the Final Stub Year.

In particular, (i) upon request, Company shall procure and arrange delivery of natural gas fuel needed for pre-COD testing of the Facility, and (ii) Seller shall reimburse Company for all associated commodity, imbalance, demand charges, transportation and other ancillary costs incurred by Company in connection therewith.
