Transparency Report definition

Transparency Report means a transparency report in connection with reporting payments and other transfers of value made to health-care professionals, including investigators, steering-committee members, data-monitoring committee members, and consultants in connection with the MSD Compound Study in accordance with reporting requirements under Applicable Law, including the Sunshine Act and state gift laws, and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations Disclosure Code, and a Party’s applicable policies.
Transparency Report has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(k)(vii).
Transparency Report has the meaning specified in Section 13.23(b) hereof.

Transparency Report means a transparency report accessed via the Data Portal showing your responses to Indicators provided through the Reporting Tool.

If the Collateral Administrator does not agree to compile such report, another service provider may be engaged and the Collateral Manager shall assist the Issuer in this regard, provided that, if the Collateral Administrator does not agree to provide such reporting, it will use reasonable endeavours to assist (at the request and cost of the Issuer) the Issuer in transferring all relevant information held by it to such other service provider.
Transparency Report is the publicly available report including information regarding requests made by government agencies or law enforcement officials to obtain Personal Data from Insycle and that is located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/transparencyreport or at such other URL as Insycle may provide from time to time.
Transparency Report means as set out in clause 2.2 of this Attachment.
