Term Series definition

Term Series means a Series (other than Series 2004-One) issued out of the Trust in a public or private offering that is not a variable funding Series (i.e., a Series that permits the increase or decrease of the outstanding principal balance of the Notes of such Series during the Revolving Period of such Series).
Term Series. Any Series designated as such in the Supplement for such Series.

  • In relation to each Series of Loan Notes, the Security Trustee shall undertake such duties pursuant to Term Series Directions and VFN Series Directions, as applicable, unless otherwise specified or the context otherwise requires.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in relation to any Series of Loan Notes, if a Term Series Direction or a VFN Series Direction (as appropriate) is given in relation to any of the above matters, the Security Trustee shall act in accordance with such direction, save that the Security Trustee shall not be obliged to act contrary to its own interests.

  • Upon each addition to the Designated Term Series, S&P will provide Modeling Assumptions for the additional Series.

  • S&P will provide "Modeling Assumptions" (described below) for each Designated Term Series at or before closing.


More Definitions of Term Series

Term Series means a Series of Notes in which funds representing the full Outstanding Principal Balance of such Notes are fully disbursed to WEST on the issuance date of such Series.
Term Series means a Series other than a VFN Series. "Third Party Re-designated Account" shall mean a Designated Account which is to be re-designated as a result of an arm's length arrangement on commercial terms made between the Transferor and/or the Originator and a third party which requires the transfer to such third party of specified Designated Accounts, such re-designation to occur in accordance with the terms of clause 8 (Re-designation and Removal of Accounts) of the RSD.
