Revolving Note definition

Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit 11.1(d) hereto, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender.
Revolving Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Revolving Lender evidencing Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans, as the case may be, made by such Revolving Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit G.
Revolving Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).

  • If at any time the rate of interest specified in the Revolving Note would exceed the Maximum Rate but for the provisions thereof limiting interest to the Maximum Rate, then any subsequent reduction shall not reduce the rate of interest on the Revolving Loans below the Maximum Rate until the aggregate amount of interest accrued on the Revolving Loans equals the aggregate amount of interest which would have accrued on the Revolving Loans if the interest rate had not been limited by the Maximum Rate.

  • The obligation of Borrower to repay the Revolving Loans and interest thereon shall be evidenced by the Revolving Note.

More Definitions of Revolving Note

Revolving Note or “Revolving Notes” means the promissory notes of the Borrower in favor of each Revolving Lender provided pursuant to Section 2.1(e) and evidencing the Revolving Loans of such Revolving Lender, individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
