Incremental Loans definition

Incremental Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Incremental Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c).

  • In connection with any Incremental Amendment, the Borrowers shall, if reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, deliver customary reaffirmation agreements and/or such amendments to the Collateral Documents as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent in order to ensure that such Incremental Loans are provided with the benefit of the applicable Loan Documents.

  • The Borrowers will use the proceeds (if any) of the Incremental Loans for any purpose not prohibited by this Agreement.

  • No Lender shall be obligated to provide any Incremental Commitments or Incremental Loans unless it so agrees.
