Class C Notes definition

Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class C Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class C Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class C Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3.

  • Each of (i) the subordination of interest payments to the Noteholders of the Class B Notes to the payment of any First Priority Principal Payment to the Noteholders of the Class A Notes and (ii) the subordination of interest payments to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes to the payment of any Second Priority Principal Payment to the Noteholders of the Class A Notes and the Class B Notes under Section 8.2(c) is a subordination agreement within the meaning of Section 510(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Within 90 days after the occurrence of an Event of Default that has not been corrected or waived, unless authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Indenture Trustee will resign for the Class A, Class B and/or Class C Notes according to Section 6.8, and the Issuer will appoint a successor Indenture Trustee for the Class A, Class B and/or Class C Notes, as applicable, so that there will be separate Indenture Trustees for the Class A, Class B and Class C Notes.

  • The aggregate principal amount of Class A-1 Notes, Class A-2a Notes, Class A-2b Notes, Class A-3 Notes, Class A-4 Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes Outstanding at any time may not exceed such respective amounts, except as provided in Section 2.6. Each Note shall be dated the date of its authentication.


More Definitions of Class C Notes

Class C Notes means the Class C Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Class C Notes means the Class C 7.50% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-3.

Class C Notes means the $80,800,000 Class C 0.89% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to this Indenture.
