Series B Notes is defined in Section 1.
Series B Notes. The Company's 9-1/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 to be issued pursuant to the Indenture: (i) in the Exchange Offer or (ii) as contemplated by Section 4 hereof.
Series B Notes. The Company's 12 3/4% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007 to be issued pursuant to the Indenture (a) in the Exchange Offer or (b) pursuant to a Shelf Registration Statement, in each case, in exchange for the Series A Notes.

  • All Series A Notes shall have identical terms and all Series B Notes shall have identical terms.

Series B Notes. The Company’s 11.25% Series B Senior Notes due 2010 to be issued pursuant to the Indenture in the Exchange Offer.
Series B Notes as used herein shall include each Series B Note delivered pursuant to any provision of this Agreement and each Series B Note delivered in substitution or exchange for any such Series B Note pursuant to any such provision.
Series B Notes. The Issuers' 10 1/4% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011 to be issued pursuant to the Indenture in the Exchange Offer.
