The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to the Administrative Agent, on each Settlement Date during the Revolving Commitment Period, a report setting forth the aggregate amount of Tranche B Loans and the aggregate amount of Tranche C Loans the Borrower anticipates (as of such Settlement Date) requesting from the Lenders during the calendar month following such Settlement Date.
Such report shall be based on the reasonable projections of the Borrower and shall neither (x) obligate the Borrower to request Tranche B Loans and/or Tranche C Loans in amounts equal to those set forth in any such report, nor (y) limit the ability of Borrower to request additional Loans in excess of the amounts set forth in any such report.
Any such requested increase to the Tranche C Maximum Committed Amount will be made at the sole and absolute discretion of the Tranche C Lenders and the Administrative Agent and shall be subject to Section 2.18(b).
Alternative Currency Tranche Revolving A Loans must consist of Eurocurrency Rate Loans or RFR Loans.
In the case of any such request with respect to the making of Alternative Currency Tranche Revolving Loans, such request shall be subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent and each Lender with a Commitment under which such currency is requested to be made available; and in the case of any such request with respect to the issuance of Alternative Currency Tranche Letters of Credit, such request shall be subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer.
