Tranche definition

Tranche means a group of Securities which (a) are of the same series and (b) have identical terms except as to principal amount and/or date of issuance.
Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).
Tranche means, in relation to a Series of ETP Securities issued on any date, the ETP Securities that are issued on the same Issue Date with the same Principal Amount.

  • If the Borrower exercises either of Options to Extend (Tranche A-2 Term Loan) in accordance with Section 2.13(c), the Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Tranche A-2 Term Loan Lender, a fee equal to fifteen hundredths of one percent (0.15%) of the amount of Tranche A-2 Term Loans held by such Tranche A-1 Term Loan Lender.
