Tranche definition

Tranche means a group of Securities which (a) are of the same series and (b) have identical terms except as to principal amount and/or date of issuance.
Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).
Tranche means, in relation to a Series of ETP Securities issued on any date, the ETP Securities that are issued on the same Issue Date with the same Principal Amount.

Examples of Tranche in a sentence

  • Subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof, the Company agrees to issue and sell to Investor, and Investor agrees to purchase, a senior convertible promissory note in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto (the “Tranche B Note”; and the Tranche B Note together with the Tranche A Note, the “Notes”) in the principal amount set forth opposite Investor’s name under the heading “Tranche B Note” on Schedule I hereto.

  • For the Tranche B Closing, Investor shall have delivered to the Company the Tranche B Purchase Price in respect of the Tranche B Note being purchased by Investor referenced in Section 1(d) hereof.

  • The sale and purchase of the Tranche B Note shall take place at a closings (the “Tranche B Closing”, and together with the Tranche A Closing, each a “Closing” and collectively, the “Closings”) to be held on the date on which the conditions specified in ‎Sections 4 and 5 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with ‎Section 6(a)) (the “Tranche B Closing Date”, and together with the Tranche A Closing Date, each a “Closing Date” and collectively, the “Closing Dates”).

Tranche means, in relation to a Series, those Notes of that Series that are issued on the same date at the same issue price and in respect of which the first payment of interest is identical;

Tranche means the respective facility and commitments utilized in making Loans hereunder, with there being three separate Tranches, i.e., Term Loans, Revolving Loans and Swingline Loans.
Tranche means the collective reference to LIBOR Rate Loans whose Interest Periods begin and end on the same day. A Tranche may sometimes be referred to as a “LIBOR Tranche”.
