Telemetry Equipment definition

Telemetry Equipment means the assets, identified by Transmission Owner, that are required to provide the necessary, real-time telemetry of Unit operations and status, as required by Transmission Owner, for remote monitoring and control purposes. This typically includes but is not limited to, remote terminal units, distributed terminal units, telemetry signal inputs, fiber optic communication connections, transducers, pulse multipliers, isolation amplifiers, analog inputs, digital inputs, metering pulsed accumulator inputs, power supply, dedicated telephone data line to remote terminal units, telephone modem, telephone switching, interface terminal strips for landing signal inputs/outputs. Telemetry Equipment may be located at Consumers’ Unit and or at Transmission Owner’s assets.
Telemetry Equipment means any equipment installed on or in the tank or LPG infrastructure which enables the supplier remotely to receive information about the contents of the tank, the system operating pressure, or meter readings;

  • The Seller shall be responsible for all costs of the actual Metering and Telemetry Equipment, installation, inspections, maintenance and testing costs.

Telemetry Equipment means the telemetry equipment required to be installed to provide the data listed in Schedule F, Section A(1);

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Stationary Play Equipment means equipment such as a climber, slide, swing, merry-go-round, or spring rocker that is meant to stay in one location when a child uses it. Stationary play equipment does not include:

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.
