Definition of Telecommunications and Cable Law


Telecommunications and Cable Law means all laws, statutes, regulations and judgments relating to telecommunications, cable television and data services applicable to any member of the Group and/or the business carried on by any member of the Group in any jurisdiction in which a member of the Group is incorporated or formed or in which such member has its principal place of business or owns any material assets.

Examples of Telecommunications and Cable Law in a sentence

Licence means each approval, consent, authorisation and licence from, and all filings, registrations and agreements with any governmental or regulatory authority, in each case granted, issued, made or entered into pursuant to any Telecommunications and Cable Law necessary in order to enable each member of the Borrower Group to carry on its business as may be permitted by the terms of this Agreement.
