Technical Document definition

Technical Document means recorded Information that conveys scientific and Technical Information or Technical Data.
Technical Document means any technical reference, technical publication, AT&T Practice, BA Practice, Bellcore Practice, publication of telecommunications industry administrative or technical standards, or other similar document, which is specifically incorporated into this Agreement.
Technical Document means any recorded information including reports, working documents related to the service, including concepts, reports of a technical or other nature, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications and software which may or may not be protected by the copyright.

Technical Document and “Technical Data”: refer to all documents and materials related to design, installation, integration, debugging, test, inspection, training, operation and maintenance of software, technical development and services, and applications specified in the Contract.
