Recorded Information definition

Recorded Information means information or data that is physically recorded or stored in a readable or retrievable form, e.g., writing microfiche, computer disk, etc.

Recorded Information means information captured by your Device. This information includes (but is not limited to), video images. IP means copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world owned by us. Warranty Period means one year from the date of purchase of your Device, as evidenced by your sales receipt.
