Subservicing Fee definition

Subservicing Fee. As to any Mortgage Loan, the fee payable monthly to the related Subservicer (or, in the case of a Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan, to the Master Servicer) in respect of subservicing and other compensation that accrues at an annual rate equal to the excess of the Mortgage Rate borne by the related Mortgage Note over the rate per annum designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "CURR NET" for such Mortgage Loan.
Subservicing Fee. With respect to any Collection Period, the fee retained monthly by the Subservicer (or, in the case of a nonsubserviced Home Loan, by the Master Servicer) equal to the product of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate divided by 12 and (ii) the Pool Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period.
Subservicing Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and any date of determination, the product of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate divided by 12 and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loans as of such date.
