• As to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, the Basic Special Servicing Fee shall be the product of the Basic Special Servicing Fee Rate and the Stated Principal Balance of such Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or REO Loan as of the Due Date in the prior calendar month calculated for the same period respecting which any related interest payment on each such Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan is calculated.

• As to each Specially Serviced Investment, the Special Servicing Fee shall accrue from time to time at the Special Servicing Fee Rate and shall be computed on the basis of the stated principal balance of such Specially Serviced Investment and in the same manner as interest is calculated on the Specially Serviced Investments and, in connection with any partial month interest payment, for the same period respecting which any related interest payment due on such Specially Serviced Investment is computed.

• The Servicing Fee and Special Servicing Fee with respect to any Collection Period shall equal the product of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate or the Special Servicing Fee Rate, as applicable, and (ii) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans or Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans, respectively, at the beginning of such Collection Period.

• As to each Specially Serviced Asset, the Special Servicing Fee shall accrue daily from time to time at the Special Servicing Fee Rate on the basis of the Collateral Value of such Specially Serviced Asset and shall be calculated with respect to each Specially Serviced Loan on the same basis as interest accrues on such Specially Serviced Loan and with respect to each Mortgaged Property related to a Specially Serviced Lease on a 30/360 Basis.

• As to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each such REO Loan, the Special Servicing Fee shall accrue from time to time at the Special Servicing Fee Rate on the same basis and the same principal amount respecting which any related interest payment due on such Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or deemed to be due on such REO Loan is computed.

Special Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Mortgage Loan that relates to an Administered REO Property, 0.25% per annum.

Special Servicing Fee Rate. With respect to any Specially Serviced Loan (or related Serviced Loan Combination, if applicable) or REO Property (other than an REO Property related to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan), a rate equal to (a) 0.25% per annum or (b) if the rate in clause (a) would result in a Special Servicing Fee that would be less than $3,500 in any given month (as prorated for a partial period), then the Special Servicing Fee Rate for such month for such Specially Serviced Loan (or related Serviced Loan Combination, if applicable) or REO Property shall be such higher per annum rate as would result in a Special Servicing Fee equal to $3,500 for such month (as prorated for a partial period) with respect to such Specially Serviced Loan (or related Serviced Loan Combination, if applicable) or REO Property.

Special Servicing Fee Rate. With respect to any Specially Serviced Loan or REO Property (other than an REO Property related to an Outside Serviced Trust Loan), a rate equal to (a) 0.25% per annum or (b) if the rate in clause (a) would result in a Special Servicing Fee that would be less than $3,500 in any given month, then the Special Servicing Fee Rate for such month for such Specially Serviced Loan or REO Property shall be such higher per annum rate as would result in a Special Servicing Fee equal to $3,500 for such month with respect to such Specially Serviced Loan or REO Property.
