Subservicing Fee Rate definition

Subservicing Fee Rate. The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".

Subservicing Fee Rate. For any date of determination, ____% per annum.

• With respect to the 00 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx mortgage loan, from and after the related Servicing Shift Date, the Subservicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00000%, the Primary Servicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00000%, the Outside Servicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00250%, the Serviced Companion Loan Servicing Fee Rate shall be 0.00000%, and such Mortgage Loan will no longer be part of a Serviced Whole Loan.
