Servicing Fees definition

Servicing Fees means: (a) with respect to each Serviced Mortgage Loan (and any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee; and (b) with respect to each Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Trust Mortgage Loan with respect thereto), the Master Servicing Fee.
Servicing Fees shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement; provided, however that, after the appointment of any Successor Servicer, the Servicing Fees shall mean the Successor Servicer Fees payable to such Successor Servicer.

More Definitions of Servicing Fees

Servicing Fees has the meaning set forth in the Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Fees means (a) any fees paid to or retained by a Servicer in connection with the servicing obligations undertaken by the Servicer in accordance with the Related Servicing Agreement and(b) any fees and ancillary income retained by or expenses reimbursed to the Authority with respect to Mortgage Loans serviced by the Authority.
Servicing Fees means the Senior Servicing Fee and the Subordinate Servicing Fee, collectively.
Servicing Fees means the “Servicing Feepayable to Servicer in accordance with the Sale and Servicing Agreement, which shall in no case exceed for each Collection Period (as defined in the Sale and Servicing Agreement) one percent (1.0%) per annum on the average of the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balances (as defined in the Sale and Servicing Agreement) as of the first and last day of such Collection Period.

Servicing Fees means all compensation payable to Seller under the applicable Servicing Agreements, including each servicing fee payable based on a percentage of the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans and any payments received in respect of the foregoing and proceeds thereof but excluding any servicing fees payable on monthly payments that were due in any month prior to the Transfer Date, that remain unpaid or collected following such Transfer Date, excluding any other servicing compensation, such as Ancillary Fees and investment income.
