Servicing Fee definition

Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Fee. As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, one month's interest at the applicable Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan, or, whenever a payment of interest accompanies a Principal Prepayment in Full made by the Mortgagor, interest at the Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan for the period covered by the payment of interest, subject to reduction as provided in Section 3.15.

Servicing Fee means the fee of the Master Servicer pursuant to the terms of the Servicing Agreement, which will generally be calculated as the product of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the date of determination.

Examples of Servicing Fee in a sentence

• If the Trustee or an Affiliate acts pursuant to this Section 7.02 as successor to the terminated Master Servicer, it may reduce the Excess Servicing Fee Rate to the extent that the Trustee’s or such Affiliate’s compensation as successor Master Servicer would otherwise be below the market rate servicing compensation.

• Notwithstanding anything else herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Indenture Trustee be liable for any 15 Servicing Agreement (SDART 2025-2) Servicing Fee or for any differential in the amount of the Servicing Fee paid hereunder and the amount necessary to induce any successor Servicer to act as successor Servicer under this Agreement and the transactions set forth or provided for herein.

• On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Issuer shall pay to the Servicer the Servicing Fee in accordance with Section 8.6(a) or Section 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable, for the immediately preceding Collection Period as compensation for its services.

• As compensation therefor, the Trustee as successor Master Servicer or successor Special Servicer shall be entitled to the Servicing Fee or Special Servicing Compensation, as applicable, and all funds relating to the Mortgage Loans and Serviced Companion Loans that accrue after the date of the Trustee’s succession to which the Master Servicer or Special Servicer would have been entitled if the Master Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, had continued to act hereunder.

• On each Payment Date, the Issuer shall pay to the Servicer the Servicing Fee in accordance with Section 4.4 for the immediately preceding Collection Period as compensation for its services.

More Definitions of Servicing Fee

Servicing Fee. With respect to any Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, the fee payable monthly to the Master Servicer in respect of master servicing compensation that accrues at an annual rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "MSTR SERV FEE" for such Mortgage Loan, as may be adjusted with respect to successor Master Servicers as provided in Section 7.02.

Servicing Fee. As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.

Servicing Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the amount of the annual fee the Purchaser shall pay to the Company, which shall, for a period of one full month, be equal to one-twelfth of the product of (a) the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan. Such fee shall be payable monthly, computed on the basis of the same principal amount and period respecting which any related interest payment on a Mortgage Loan is computed. The obligation of the Purchaser to pay the Servicing Fee is limited to, and the Servicing Fee is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds, to the extent permitted by Section 4.05) of such Monthly Payment collected by the Company, or as otherwise provided under Section 4.05.

Servicing Fee has the meaning specified in Section 4.8.
