Additional Servicing Fee definition

Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

Additional Servicing Fee means an amount, in addition to the Servicing Fee, necessary to induce a Successor Servicer to serve as Servicer hereunder, which amount shall not exceed $100,000 in the aggregate per Successor Servicer.

Additional Servicing Fee. With respect to each Third Party Loan, the Additional Servicing Fee set forth in or established pursuant to Exhibit 9 hereto.

• In the event that the Funding Lender notifies the Fiscal Agent that the Funding Lender has agreed to allow the Servicer to retain the Additional Servicing Fee, the Funding Lender Representative shall deliver to the Fiscal Agent a schedule of payments reflecting the amounts to be paid to the master servicer for the securitization.

Additional Servicing Fee. With respect to each Additional Servicing Fee Mortgage Loan, the fee provided for in the Designated Sub-Servicer Agreement (which may be comprised of a designated sub-servicing fee and an additional sub-servicing fee) that accrues at the rate per annum set forth on the Additional Servicing Fee Schedule.

Additional Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during such Monthly Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the excess, if any, of (a) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance applicable to Prime Receivables, Non-Prime Receivables and Sub-Prime Receivables, as applicable as of the first day of such Monthly Period over (b) 1.25% multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of such Monthly Period.
